NHS Decoder is operated by Sierra21 Software Studio. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
We never store the text of your NHS letter. It is sent to our decode API, processed, and then discarded. We log only the letter type, nation detected, and whether it needed attention — never the letter content itself.
We use Vercel Analytics to understand how people use NHS Decoder. This collects anonymised usage data. No advertising cookies are used.
